Ingridient can buy from supermarket aeon.  200g cream cheese, 250g whipping cream, a cup sugar, cocoa powder, sponge finger biscuit one n half pack and expresso coffee from wonda coffee 2 tin.  Lol simple easy recipe to curb once awhile cravings
