My favourite fried fish paste

homemade potatoes chips original without any salt or side ingredient 
taste good.



nam yu pork belly meat. (red bean curb pork belly)

ingredient:
roughly about 20 pork meat belly fat area
nam yu ( red bean curb) 1slices will do
1 tsp ng heong fan powder
marinate about 20 minutes

then heat the wok with oil fried this marinate pork rib belly until become brown colour
cool down for 10 minute and it now ready served at tables.
