petai fried meehoon recipe


ingredient
300g meehon
chop pork slices
5 dry chilies
100g petai
1 red shallot
25g dried shrimp
cabbage torn
3 cloves garlic chopped
salt
oil


first soak meehoon,dried shrimp and dry chilioes until soft
minced the soaked dried chilies and dried shrimp
heat up oil in a pan fry choped garlic
and red shallots'
add minces dried chili and dried shrimp
put in petai fry to 1 minutes
add sambal sauces
add meehoon. add prawn
taste accordinly until it fully as desired.

FRIDAY NIGHT SIMPLE DINNER FOR FAMILY



egg plan with dried shrimp and chilies

INGREDIENT
1 EGG PLAN CUT OFF TO SMALL SLICES
1 SMALL CHILIES
dried shrimp soaked in water
2 garlic minced
1 tsp oyster sauces
how to cook

heat up oil fry egg plan until golden brown then add garlic minced and add dried shrimp and chilies and add olyster sauce
let it cook with 20 min and until it soft

serve it on plate





1 fish according desire
1 garlic minced
1 chili mince
1 thumb size ginger minces
1 instant ginger+garlic sauces
1 small tsp salt




prepare
wash the fish and rub the fish with salt
and put in a plate
then add ginger ,garlic,chilies and add up with onion
and added the sauces and some oil and
then steam about 30 min
use chopstick to see weather the fish is cooked
the fish is ready for dinner

INGREDIENT

1KG PORK RIBS
1 THUMBS SIZE GINGER
2 TSP CHOPPED GARLIC
1 CHILI PADIES CHOPPED

1 CHOP GARLIC,GINGER AND CHILI PADIES TOGETHER
PUT ASIDE

BOILING WATER THEN PUT PORK RIB INSIDE AND DRAINED IT OUT AND LEFT ASIDE


HEAT OIL IN WOK/PAN THEN PUT MINX INGREDIENT AND COOK UNTIL FRAGRANT
PUT PORK INSIDE IN WOK AND COOK IT
THEN PUT 1/8 SALT AND 1 TSP YELLOW BEAN SAUCES

THEN ADD SOME WATER AND TASTE ACCORDINGLY
AND YOU CAN SERVE IT IN A PLATES

sour plum sauce chicken


for those who like to have sour plum sauce chicken can have this recipe


1 drum stick chicken
corn flour to coat before deep frying


seasoning
1/4 tsp salt ,1 tsp light soy sauce ,dash of pepper

sauce
sour plum sauces 1 tsp
2 tsp white sugar
1/2 cup water
1 tsp corn flour
2 tsp to thicken
salt to taste


prepares
cut chicken to bite size and marinate with seasoning and set aside
cook the sour plum sauce in boiled water add 2 tsp white sugar
and salt to taste
add cornflour mixture to thicken leave aside


heat up oil and deep fry marinated chicken with cornflour until golden brown and place on plate

heat up the sauce and pour on chicken top

NASI LEMAK YUMMY APPETITE








malaysia famous coconut milk rice aka NASI LEMAK


this rice is easy yet delicious


ingredient
1 cup or 2 cup rice depend invidiual
5 spoon coconut powder

some water
1/2 tso salt

prepare
wash rice as usual, add coconut,pandan leaves and salt
add water cook normal ,stir well and steam


ingredient for chili aka sambal belacan

6 to8 pcs red chilies or dry chilies
10pcs shallot
2 cloves of garlic
1 big onion
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp belacan shrimp
salt
0il


heat wok 2 tsp oil
add pounder ingredient stir fry for a while
add salt sugar,water ,shrimp and mix well
taste more and add more sugar and salt to your perference :)


eggs (side topping)
anchovies (side topping after fried)
green pea (boiled) or cucumber as your perference

yee mee noddles cantonese styles



tonight special dinner by joey is cantonese fried yee mee noodles
usually can be seen in KL area the cheapestt for one person is rm12 per people

and you can just save it by just doing it own and make your family happy ^_^


ingredient
8 to 9 prawn remove shells and vein
1/2 carrot cut it into strips
half of choy sam will do (green vegetable)
chicken meat ball
2 cloves garlic minced
4 cup of water
3 egg beaten


seasoning
1 tsp hsio hing rice wine
3 small tsp salt
2tsp small white pepper

thicker
6tsp corn flour
half bowl water



method cooking

yee mee is boiled until soft and set aside depends invidual which prefer yee mee not boiled also can
heat oil and saute garlic until fragrant
add in carrot slice,chicken ball meat stir well for 2 minutes
add water to bring it boil
add choy sam (vegetable),prawn,simmer until cooked
add in thickner and egg simmer until gravy is thicken

add in seasoning off fire

arrange yee mee on plate and pour the gravy onto it
and serve it hot.

SYRUP INGREDIENT
ROCK SUGAR ACCORDING DESIRE AND TASTE

PREPARATION

MIX WATER WITH RICE FLOUR AND GLUTINOUS RICE FLOUR UNTIL IT BECOME DOUGH

THEN JUST SEPARATE IT TO MAKE BECOME SMALL DOUGH AND ITS BECOME SMALL CUTE DOUGH

THEN INSERT BROWN SUGAR INSIDE IN DOUGH TO ADDED SOME TASTE.

BOILING WATER TO SOAK VEGETABLE
SESAME OIL TO TASTE (OPTIONAL)

HOW TO PREPARE

COOK THE MACRONI ACCORDING PACKAGE AND DRAIN WELL SET ASIDE

SOAK CARROT AND SMALL CORN IN BOILING WATER

THEN SET ASIDE

USE DEEP LARGE POT AND ADD CHICKEN STOCK 3 CUBES IS ENOUGH AND WATER ,BRING IT TO BOIL

ADD MACARONI,HAM,CARROT,SMALL CORN CONTINUE TO COOK

WHEN BOIL AGAIN ABOUT 45 MIN THEN ADD SALT ,PEPPER

700GM CHICKEN MEAT OR WINGS

1 STALK SPRING ONION SECTIONED

1/2 CUP OF YOUR COCO COLA DRINKS


SEASONING

2 TSP LIGH SOY SAUCES
2TSP DARK SOY SAUCE
1STP RICE WINE/HSIO TIAO WINE
PEPPER TO TASTE


1 BLANCH CHICKEN WINGS IN BOILING WATER FOR 2 MINUTES TO REMOVE BLOOD/FAT .DRAIN WELL

2 HEAT THE OIL IN WOK ,SAUTE GINGER ,GARLICMSPRING ONION UNTIL FRAGRANT

ADD CHICKEN AND CARROT ,SAUTE AND CONTINUE TO COOK UNTIL IT LIGHLY BROWN

POUR SEASONING AND COKES AND ADD SOME PEPPER INSIDE
COOK ABOUT 20 T0 MINUTESS UNTIL IT CARMERALIZED ADD MORE WATER IF NECESSARY

ginseng can get it on available herbal store got price range cheap and the most expensive one is american ginseng
pork rib

red dates

if can have wolf berry kei chi is better for eye sight

salt 2 tsp or according taste


put all those mention ingredient above
red dates,ginseng,wolfberry
once is boiled out ,put pork rib in to hot boiled soup

then added two tsp salt first according taste

boiled at least 3 hours so that the soup will be just nice taste.

METHOD
RINSE MUSHROOM AND SOAK IN WATER FOR 30 MIN CHANGE CLEAN WATER AND SOAK IT TO COMPLETELY SOFT
DRAIN OUT MUSHROOM ,SAVE THE SOAK WATER FOR LATER USED

USE YOUR HAND TO GET SOME CORN FLOUR TO MIX WITH MUSHROOM AND RUB IT AND SET A SIDE FOR 15 MINUTE THEN RINSE


ADD A FEW OIL MUSHROOM ,SOAKING WATER ,ROCK SUGAR BRING IT TO A BOIL
REDUCE HEAT TO LOW AND ADD WATER UNTIL DRIES UP
THEN ADD WITH THE SEASONING AND STIR TO COMBINED

TASTE BY YOURSELF ,IF NOT ENOUGH TASTE THEN OSYTER SAUCE OR LASTLY ADD SOME HSIAO HENG WINE TO MAKE IT MORE FRAGRANCE

TRANSFER TO A PLATE YOU CAN SERVE ON TABLE FOR DINNER IS READY..

TODAY DINNERS :I THINKING SOMETHING LIGHT ,VEGE TYPES AND YET DELICIOUS A LITTLE ABIT MOUTH WATERING AS OPENING FOR TONIGHT DINNER SO I HAVE DECIDED TO COOK FOR THIS DISH




ingredient


1) 6 small purple brinjal chop it off to small portion
2)small anchovies about 1 tsp
3)bean curb sauces
4)some chili padis
5)sesame oil 1 tsp /few drop will do


HOW TO COOK

WHEN OIL IS HEATED DEEP FRY THE PURPLE BRINJAL UNTIL YELLOW COLOR
THEN PUT ASIDE IN THE PLATES
DEEP FRIED SMALL ANCHOVIES AND PUT ASIDE

PUT IN DEEP FRIED PURPLE BRINJAL AND ACHOVIES TOGETHER THEN ADDED UP WITH SMALL CHILIES AND ADD 1 tsp BEAN CURB SAUCES AND 3 tsp water and let it cook for few seconds

the dinner is ready to serve on tables.

Love for ABC soup simple yet easy for family dinner


SOUP FOR THE DAY ABC SOUP


EVERY FAMILY ALSO LOVE THIS SOUP IS EASY,YET DELICIOUS GIVING U WARM FEELING ESPECIALLY DURING COLD WEATHER :)
if you don't want a complex dishes u just need a bowl of rice and this one bowl of soup will complete ur dinner and fulfill ur hunger hahaa



INGREDIENT

1 medium size carrots, cut into chunks
2 large onions, cut into wedges
4 drum stick chicken or chicken breast will do
2large tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 carrot cut into wedges
5 to 6 potatoes cut into wedges
2tsp salt,according taste
1 tsp pepper according taste


  1. first put all ingredient in a pot

    First blanch chicken breast/drumstick in the boiling water for about 5 to 8 minutes, dish out then rinse with cold water.


  2. Boil the 1.5 liter water till it’s boiling, add the blanched chicken breast/drumstick into the pot


  3. Boil everything in the pot for about 2 hours in high flame, and simmer after that for about 30minutes.


  4. Add salt and pepper for seasoning.
enjoy ur soup tonight :)and this soup can give a warmth belly especially during cold night :)

2)add warm milk to beaten eggs then add 2 tsp sugar mix well
just use fork can do
3)use a spoon to get rid of foam on the surface if egg mixture
4) steam it at least 30 min in a wok or hot pot with a lid
every 4 min lift up abit then let some sream release

5)serve it while hot ya

a nice and not too fatty dessert after eating dinner AS MOUTH WATERING

FOR PEOPLE WHICH PREFER SIMPLE DISHES FOR HAVING DINNER CAN TRY THIS RECIPE

ingredient:


1)10 to 15 pcs chicken meat ball can get it from stores supermarket/mini market
10 bowl water

1 slices of salted vegetable (aka ham choy)
1 tomatoes cut to pcs
1 japanese taufu
rice noodles (mee hoon any brand)

4 to 5 stalks choy sam

6 slices ginger cut

sesame oil to taste
salt to taste
red chili (chili padi)
hsiao heng wain 1 tsp

marinade
1 tsp light soy sauces
1 tsp corn flour
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp vegetable oil
1/4 pepper to taste


following the instruction of the packet

1)blanch rice noodeles in hot boiling water until its softens
rinse with cold water then draine it and set aside
2) boiled hot water tp soak salted vegetable in water for 20 min
3)rinse a few times and cut it off to pcs with scisssor or knife
4)cut choy sam vegetable into small slices
5) mix chicken meat ball with the marinade for 15min


6)after hot pot has been boiled add salted vegetable,taufu,salted vegetable ,tomatoes and choy sam vege into hot pot and cooks
when is boiled again added up chicken meat ball
lastly added up meehoon

put abit hsio heng wine (rice wine),salt,pepper and small chili padi ,sesame oil and serve hot


your dinner is ready enjoy :)
