First time boil diy organic soy beans milk!! Feeling so enjoy :) yummy!!  so soy feel!!  ingredients organic soy beans, water 11 bowl and sugar.  firstly soak the soy beans overnight, blended and boil.  boil around 45 min then use stiff/clothes to separate the left over bean n boil the soya milk is ready!!

Cripsy fried fu chok recipe with fish paste




today will sharing my simple recipe to fried Fu Chok with crispy fish paste

ingredient:
Fish paste ready made buy at pasar

salt,peppermint and dried taufu (fu chok)

steps is simple just need to mix fish paste together with fu chok  and spring onion

heat up your oil and fried it until brown color


and yummy crispy dinner is ready !!!

today my cookings skills is this yummy simple yet irrestible to eat this together with white rice
for either your dinner or lunch !!!
Below is my home cook recipes !!!! enjoy 



Ingredient:

Pork mince about 200g ( buy at pasar)
let it defrozen 5 hours earlier at least

( A)seasoning:
Corn flour 1tsp
salt 1/8 tsp
soy sauce 1 tsp
sesame oil 1tsp
pepper 1tsp or according your taste desire

(B)Garnish: green onion and shredded vegetable


1) marinate seasoning with the pork mince and the shreaded vegetable you must soaked with hot water to reduce the saltyness of the vegetables

2 mix  A and B together 

3) peparing water to steaming

4) around 30-45 minutes the steam pork mince with shreaded vegetable is ready for your dinner :)

Recently suddenly im  having an interest to make own rice wine as it was quite famous in japan people called sake and korea called makgeoli  and while chinese and hong kong people called jiu niang .
Most of this country believe benefit consume rice wine not only benefit for skin but for health as well!
im quite impressed   the porcelain skin and smooth of  Japan and korean people 
they have been trained and consume this type of fermented of rice since they are young.

and rice is have nutrition of pitera for improved skin complexion smoother and brightening skin!

wooooo back to my day 1 experiment for today!!!!

Chinese steam kaya pau and redbean pau


Finally i have my own steam pau tada!!!!

ingredient you need is just simple

1) Pau Flour ( can be obtain in any market/super market i get mine in 99 market in malaysia)
2) Instant yis ( can be same place bought in 99 market as well)
3) Sugar ( im estimate about 6 spoon) you can added up more depend on own taste
4) 5 spoon baking powder
5) half small mug warm water
6) estimate about 6 spoon vegetable oil
7) instant kaya bought from market
8) red bean paste homemade by me ( joey)



redbean paste recipe
1) buy a packet raw redbean best soak it over night ( 3 -5 hour)
2) boil hot water
3) put the soaked redbean and wash  5 to 6 times
7) cooked together inside pot
8) when you feel it already soft
9) blend it with glinder or best if you have blender
10) put sugar and mix around according your taste
11) let it cool down
12) heat up your pot and cook it with your vegetable oil/if you have peanut it will more fragrant
13) the homemade redbean paste can be store up to 2 weeks you can use it paste to make lot of recipe
          ^___^


Step make pau dough

1) first mix around pau flour with sugar added up abit baking powder
2) mix the yeast with warm water and wait about 20 min
3) mix the yeast ingredient with flour

4) kneading accordingly until it smoothen
5add up with vegetable oil and continue kneading 
6) next cover it with cloth or if cling wrap you may use it
7) wait for at least 1 hour until the dough size become double up.



After 1 and 1/2 hour the pau size have been increasing ,you may continue kneading and feel it like toi toi the dough look firming up just like SK11 ads nahh i just joking hehehhehe 

then you may split it up to small size up to your own peference :)


then you can start insert the redbean paste/kaya inside the dough u have created.

use an steam rack i have buy from market those dim sum steam rack ( not so pricey about rm25 in malaysia )

wait until the water heat up then you can put the pau to be steamed up
the process taken about 20 min 

and you can open the cover and see the size have increase 

and there you go your pau is ready to be served. Enjoy muaksssssssssss

Chu Cheong Fun lover aka Cheong fun hong kong people :)

Chu Cheong fun Aka pig instenstial  is everyone favourite for chinese people
 is the chu Cheong fun recipe




. Ingredient is 150g rice flour 1 to 1/2 tbsp wheat starch flour.2 tbsp corn flour 2 cup water .1/2 tbsp salt.

 How to make: stir dry ingredient together slowly add water mixing but i use chopstick stir it easy. U add a bit oil and salt and mix throughly .
 Place a steamer and place oil stainless steel plate. When water is boiling let it steam a few 4 to 5 min.place mixture of rice flour on plate.

 Before that ensure  ur plate brush a bit oil on top. Then only u can pour the mixture but must be thin thin lo otherwise look thick not nice
.then steam liao 4 to 5 min
 u can take plate out and start roll it and put aside.

 u can add on dried shrimp and shallot. Both fried lDe
. Add a bit sesame oil on top

also can to make sauces thim jeong
. U need 1/2 cup water
.7 tbsp hoisin sauces .
3 tbsp soya sauces
and 3 tbsp black soy sauces
and 2 spoon chilies sauces ( I USE maggie)
. But i cook. a bit lo the mixture sauces  so its look thickening mixture. And is ready.happy happy enjoy trying it at home dinner or brunch,.

chai tow kueh ( black fried black carrot cake)

 ingredient:
rice flour
baking sodium flour
granish white radish
salt
oil sesame
2 bowl water
ready made dry salty raddish 1 packs
egg 2

how to steam white carrot cake
1) rice flour
2) mix abit baking sodium flour
3) mix together garnish white radish which have been steam 20 min
4) a little abit sesame oil added up
5) let it steam about 45min
6) then it will become white kueh
7) let it cool down and store it overnight refrigenator for its looking firming


black version fried carrot cake
u needed black soy sauce,salt,salty dry raddish aka chai bo,

heat up the oil. then added up garlic fry until it fragant then put the white cake has been cut off into cubes look.
added up a bit black soy salt.egg,salty dry raddish lastly egg and alittle bit belacan sambal chilies
and tada ... your dinner is ready to be served on your table.
