last week fallen sick, fever, heavy migraine and dizzy make me realise is important to balance it with eating, exercise and important is sufficient sleeps. When doctor check my blood pressure is up to 140 I'm worry and scare will I follow my dad and mom foot steps they both having history of high blood pressure?? As I'm. Only 33 age . I remember how suffer they are taking those medicine in their old days but now they both no need to be suffer as heaven have better place for them :( 😭😭🙏🙏🙏🙏 lately I'm been suffering due to relationship problem . Oh god how's to get better than this. May Mr right coming soon here. Here is my routine after my sickness. Morning pomesteen forever , exercise eat oatmeal ,healthy food, lunch food ,artic sea forever. Night sleep early as 11pm and wakeup 6am. I guess my old photo I'm. Look tired, fat, chubby old.
