my pre loved purple brinjal anchovies stir fried aka bean sauces


TODAY DINNERS :I THINKING SOMETHING LIGHT ,VEGE TYPES AND YET DELICIOUS A LITTLE ABIT MOUTH WATERING AS OPENING FOR TONIGHT DINNER SO I HAVE DECIDED TO COOK FOR THIS DISH




ingredient


1) 6 small purple brinjal chop it off to small portion
2)small anchovies about 1 tsp
3)bean curb sauces
4)some chili padis
5)sesame oil 1 tsp /few drop will do


HOW TO COOK

WHEN OIL IS HEATED DEEP FRY THE PURPLE BRINJAL UNTIL YELLOW COLOR
THEN PUT ASIDE IN THE PLATES
DEEP FRIED SMALL ANCHOVIES AND PUT ASIDE

PUT IN DEEP FRIED PURPLE BRINJAL AND ACHOVIES TOGETHER THEN ADDED UP WITH SMALL CHILIES AND ADD 1 tsp BEAN CURB SAUCES AND 3 tsp water and let it cook for few seconds

the dinner is ready to serve on tables.
