TODAY DESSERT WITH MY MUM RECEIPE ,
CHINESE CELEBRATION FOR WINTER SOLISTIC AND CHINESE CALLED TANG YUAN DESSERT"FOR PRAYING TO BUDDHA AND WE CAN ENJOY THIS LOVELY DESSERT TOO.YUM YUM


INGREDIENT TO MAKE DOUGH
RICE FLOUR HALF CUP OF BOWL
GLUTINOUS RICE FLOUR 2 BOWL (THIS IS ACCORDING DESIRE AND YOU CAN MAKE BIGGER DOUGH IF U HAVE MORE PEOPLE TO INVITE)
COLORING IM USE ROSE BRAND (RED)A FEW DROP WIL DO
COLD WATER HALF BOWL
HOT WATER 1 BOWL
BROWN SUGAR 1 SLICE WILL DO


SYRUP INGREDIENT
ROCK SUGAR ACCORDING DESIRE AND TASTE
BROWN SUGAR
1 BIG GINGER
A FEW SCREWPINE LEAVES (PANDAN LEAVES WILL DO)



PREPARATION

MIX WATER WITH RICE FLOUR AND GLUTINOUS RICE FLOUR UNTIL IT BECOME DOUGH

THEN JUST SEPARATE IT TO MAKE BECOME SMALL DOUGH AND ITS BECOME SMALL CUTE DOUGH

THEN INSERT BROWN SUGAR INSIDE IN DOUGH TO ADDED SOME TASTE.



BOIL A POT WATER WITH SCREWPINE LEAVES ,GINGER,
WHEN IS BOILING U CAN PUT THE SMALL DOUGH INSIDE WATER
AFTER THAT SCOOPED THE DOUGH IN COLD WATER

PUT ROCK SUGAR ABIT BROWN SUGAR LEFT OVER THEN TASTE ACCORDINGLY AND YOU CAN PUT BACK THE DOUGH INSIDE BOILING SYRUP UNTIL IS FLOAT
AND TASTE ACCORDINGLY

SWEETNESS IS ACCORDING PERSONAL PERFERENCE

ONCE THE SYRUP IS READY U CAN PREPARE SMALL BOWL TO SERVE IT
