braised shitake mushroom in oyster sauces


THIS RECIPE IS NICE FOR THOSE VEGETARIAN AND ALSO SUITABLE FOR CHINESE NEW YEAR DISHES


INGRDIENT


8 TO 10 CHINESE MUSHROOM
1 THUMB ONLY ROCK SUGAR
A FEW DROP OIL
LETTUCE FOR GANIUM
CORNFLOUR FOR RINSING MUSHROOM
HSIO HENG WINE AKA RICE WINE

SEASONING

1 TSP LIGHT SOY SAUCE AKA KICAP HAHA
2TSP VEGE OYSTER SAUCES DEPEND THE BRAND U LIKES
2 TSP CORN FLOUR
2 TSP WATER
A FEW DROP SESAME OIL



METHOD
RINSE MUSHROOM AND SOAK IN WATER FOR 30 MIN CHANGE CLEAN WATER AND SOAK IT TO COMPLETELY SOFT
DRAIN OUT MUSHROOM ,SAVE THE SOAK WATER FOR LATER USED

USE YOUR HAND TO GET SOME CORN FLOUR TO MIX WITH MUSHROOM AND RUB IT AND SET A SIDE FOR 15 MINUTE THEN RINSE


ADD A FEW OIL MUSHROOM ,SOAKING WATER ,ROCK SUGAR BRING IT TO A BOIL
REDUCE HEAT TO LOW AND ADD WATER UNTIL DRIES UP
THEN ADD WITH THE SEASONING AND STIR TO COMBINED

TASTE BY YOURSELF ,IF NOT ENOUGH TASTE THEN OSYTER SAUCE OR LASTLY ADD SOME HSIAO HENG WINE TO MAKE IT MORE FRAGRANCE

TRANSFER TO A PLATE YOU CAN SERVE ON TABLE FOR DINNER IS READY..
