yee mee noddles cantonese styles



tonight special dinner by joey is cantonese fried yee mee noodles
usually can be seen in KL area the cheapestt for one person is rm12 per people

and you can just save it by just doing it own and make your family happy ^_^


ingredient
8 to 9 prawn remove shells and vein
1/2 carrot cut it into strips
half of choy sam will do (green vegetable)
chicken meat ball
2 cloves garlic minced
4 cup of water
3 egg beaten


seasoning
1 tsp hsio hing rice wine
3 small tsp salt
2tsp small white pepper

thicker
6tsp corn flour
half bowl water



method cooking

yee mee is boiled until soft and set aside depends invidual which prefer yee mee not boiled also can
heat oil and saute garlic until fragrant
add in carrot slice,chicken ball meat stir well for 2 minutes
add water to bring it boil
add choy sam (vegetable),prawn,simmer until cooked
add in thickner and egg simmer until gravy is thicken

add in seasoning off fire

arrange yee mee on plate and pour the gravy onto it
and serve it hot.
