Stir fried celery


TONIGHT SPECIAL DINNER CELERY CAN HELP DECREASE HIGH BLOOD PREASSURE PEOPLE AND IS HEALTHY WITH CARROT ALSO


INGREDIENT

1) 150g celery 5mm thick
2 100g carrot peel and sliced 3mm thick
3 tsp garlic
4 50 ml boiled water
6)rice wined


seasoning

1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspooon bean sauces
1/8 teaspoon light soy sauces


how to fried it

pour oil into pan/pot then put garlic fried until become fragant then put in celery and carrot ,cooked until it become soft
then put seasoning and taste accordingly and served
